1. Can the US and North Korea just cool it before war breaks out? North Korea has test-fired a ballistic missile, a move which the United States has said will carry "grave consequences." Meanwhile, the US has urged the UN to act before North Korea does, and US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has told the world body that the "threat of a nuclear attack on Seoul or Tokyo is real."

2. Why are people so afraid of equal pay? A US Federal Court has ruled that employers can pay a woman less than a man as long as her old boss did, too. Disgusting.

3. What's going on in Brazil? Protesters and police have clashed in the South American nation's first general strike in more than two decades.

4. What's the deal with Macedonia? Far-right protesters have stormed the parliament in the European nation, proceeding to beat up MPs.

5. How kickass is Laurel Hubbard? She's been dominating at the World Masters Games in Auckland.
